Shuttle Service to the Conference Center:
Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Symposium hotels
to all conference activities. The shuttle schedule will be
distributed to you upon check-in at the hotel and will be provided
during registration. If you choose to drive, there is parking
available in the garage below the Microsoft Conference
Center. All drivers must register their vehicle directly with
the front desk upon arrival at the Conference Center.
Hotels:
Hotel accommodations may be secured when you register for the
meeting. Meeting Solutions will manage all hotel
reservations and cancellations through 1 March 2010 at 1600 Eastern
Time. After this date, all updates/changes are the
responsibility of the attendee and must be coordinated directly
with the hotel.
We have secured the following hotel for the Navy Marine Corps Symposium and ground transportation will be provided from this hotel to all meetings and events:

Room Rate: $159 per night, plus local taxes and fees,
currently 14.4%
Conference Fees:
All attendees will be charged a fee during registration to cover
the cost of meals served during the conference based on the number
of days you will be attending. These fees are broken down by
days to accommodate those individuals who will not be attending the
entire symposium. There are no registration fees to attend the
Symposium.
There will be a Networking Reception on Wednesday, 10 March. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided both on Wednesday, 10 March and Thursday, 11 March.
Registration:
On-site registration will provide you with your Symposium
credentials and conference materials. Registration will be
open throughout the Symposium.

Due to the confidential information discussed throughout the
Symposium, we request that you do not bring your spouse or any
companion to the meetings or related event functions.

How to stay in touch with your
office:
We will have phone lines available for you to call your office
during lunch and breaks at the Microsoft Campus. These phones
require credit cards or calling cards for long distance service.
High speed Internet access (wireless) will be available for you to
access your email during breaks.

Cancellation Procedure:
Hotel cancellations must be made either with Meeting
Solutions via email at dodsymp@microsoft.com, via
phone at 443-627-2219. Meeting Solutions will manage all
hotel reservations and cancellations through 1 March 2010 at 1600
Eastern Time. After this date, all updates/changes are the
responsibility of the attendee and must be coordinated directly
with the hotel. Please be aware that all hotel cancellations
MUST be made 72 hours in advance of anticipated arrival or your
credit card will be charged. If less than 72 hours in
advance please be certain to contact the hotel directly at the
numbers above.
