Transportation Charge: All Attendees utilizing transportation services will be charged a fee during registration to cover the cost of bus transportation to and from the Conference Hotels to the Microsoft Conference Center. These fees are broken down by days to accommodate those individuals who will not be attending the entire symposium. You will receive a separate receipt for this payment for reimbursement. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-reimbursable expense if the federal employee or warfighter attending has a rental car authorized by travel orders.

Meal Charge: All attendees will be charged a fee during registration to cover the cost of meals served during the conference based on the number of days you will be attending. These fees are broken down by days to accommodate those individuals who will not be attending the entire symposium. Fees listed below are designed to cover the cost of food and beverages provided during the program. You will be charged for only the day(s) you plan on attending and the meal(s) you plan on consuming. Fees are as follows:

These meal charges listed above fall below the per diem rate for local meals. The per diem rate for Redmond, Washington is $71.
Payment Options: You will be asked to complete
attendance questions while registering on-line to express intent,
and allow for planning. During on-site registration you will
confirm the number of days you plan on attending. At this
time, payment will be due. Payment may be made by cash
(ATM available) or personal credit card.
Optional Activities: Tuesday and Wednesday's receptions will offer an informal get together to discuss the conference proceeding and to relax and network.
