Conference Fees:
All attendees will be charged a fee to attend this Symposium to cover the cost of meals served during the conference. Conference fees cover the cost of food and beverage served. Costs are highlighted below and are broken down on a per day basis. You will be charged for only the day(s) you plan on attending:

These meal charges per day fall below the per diem rate for local meals. The per diem rate for Redmond, Washington is $64.
**Two optional, social events have been coordinated along with this program. Costs are outlined above. The Opening Reception will be held in Bellevue and will be an evening, relaxed reception. The dinner on 9 April offers guest an opportunity to network and visit with peers in a beautiful location representative of the Northwest
Payment Options:
We will ask you to complete a conference fee form when registering onsite to confirm the number of days you plan on attending and if you will attend the optional evening activities. Payment will be due at this time. Payment may be made by cash (ATM available), check, or personal credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept government issued credit cards.
